Yet again, I've failed to paint anything Orcy or Orky for Orctober so I thought I'd adopt my own new month and paint up some of my long promised Hobgoblins. I won't talk about the figures much as I've already done so here and here.
Instead I'm just going to show of some pictures.

The nest unit is all ready undercoated and ready to go. Lets see if I can get them done before the end of half term!
I love those old hob sculpts, and yours are a visual treat with the painting and basing. That thief is beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteNicely done. I really like the paint job you've done on these.
ReplyDeleteThat's a pretty unique skin tone for hobs, but it's a great start for an unconventional wh3 army, congrats on collecting such rare figures, well at least they are here in the new world! Long live school breaks!
ReplyDeleteThat's some kick arse painting there Whiskey!
ReplyDeleteI never collected hobgoblins, just didn't pop up on my radar as a kid. They weren't really available here in Australia in any big way to tell you the truth. It's a shame, coz they really are cool aren't they!
Cheers
A wonderful collection of old Hobgobs, and beautiful painting!
